Warrington District Camera Club
Club Competition 1 - Open
Monday 3rd June 2019 - 7:45pm - 9:30pm
Updatefrom last meeting:
The evening was filled with humour, advice, technical details, hints and tips, and of course, excellent examples of David's photographs. Judging by the feedback, one of our most popular club talks for a long time, and on a personal note, I thoroughly enjoyed it. As David said, you have to offer something different to be able able to stand out from the hordes of iPhone wielding guests, and it's clear that David's style does stand out from the crowd. David's presentation was a really engaging and enjoyable insight into something that I would ever have the nerve to attempt - far too much of a risk of ending up with a memory card full of rubbish. I have been asked to take photographs at two family weddings so far and have always politely declined. Far too much pressure!
We are always on the lookout for club speakers from our membership, so if you have an area of expertise that you think members may find interesting, please consider offering up your expertise to the group.
